SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

There are different shipping methods available based on the products purchased and the delivery location. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Once approved, we will ship your order within one business day.

At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Please note: Some products may only offer one option for shipping (e.g., frozen products). Shipping costs are based on the products ordered and the shipping method selected. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.

Typically, there is an option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight). For prescription medication and veterinarian diet orders, your order will be upgraded to the appropriate shipping method, only after we have received approval from your veterinarian. This process typically takes 2 - 4 days.

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap and other charges). Product must be in its original packaging.
